GSoul (지소울), formerly known as Golden (골든),[1] is a South Korean singer-songwriter. He debuted on January 19, 2015 with his first mini album Coming Home.

On June 8, 2017, it was announced that Golden had signed with H1GHR Music following his contract expiration with JYP Entertainment.[2]

On January 9, 2021, it was revealed that he had also left H1GHR Music following his contract expiration.[3]

On April 4, 2023, he announced that he had left Warner Music Korea following his contract expiration.[4]

  • He has had the longest training period of any other K-pop idol, having trained for 15 years before making his debut as a K-pop idol (his training period was longer than some famous K-pop idols who are also well known for their long training periods, such as A.C.E's Jun, BIGBANG's G-Dragon, (G)I-DLE's Miyeon, NCT's Johnny and TWICE's Jihyo).[6]
