Kwon Eun Bi (Korean: 권은비; Japanese: クォンウンビ; or simply Eunbi), formerly known as Kazoo (카쥬), is a South Korean singer-songwriter, actress and musical actress under Woollim Entertainment. She is also a former member of the girl groups Ye-A , IZ*ONE and Feverse.

She made her solo debut with her first mini album Open, on August 24, 2021.

Career[]

2014: Ye-A[]

On July 18, 2014, Eunbi, then under the stage name Kazoo, debuted as a member of the girl group Ye-A with their first digital single "National Treasure".

In October 2014, Kiroy Company's CEO revealed the group's new lineup, which no longer included Eunbi.

2018–2021: Produce 48, IZ*ONE[]

On May 11, 2018, she was revealed as a contestant on Produce 48, where she would be representing Woollim Entertainment. She ranked 7th overall, thus becoming a member and leader of IZ*ONE.[2] The group officially debuted on October 29 with their first mini-album Color*IZ.

On April 29, 2021, IZ*ONE disbanded after their special contract was concluded. Then, Eunbi returned to Woollim as a trainee.

2021: Solo debut[]

On July 17, 2021, in an interview with ESQUIRE Korea, Eunbi stated she is currently working on a solo album to be released before the end of the year.[3]

On August 5, Star News reported that she would be releasing her solo album on August 24, which was later confirmed by Woollim.[4][5] On August 24, Eunbi made her solo debut with her first mini album Open and its title track "Door".

On December 1, 2021, Kwon Eun Bi announced through her official Twitter that her solo fanclub name would now be known as "RUBI".[1]

2022: Color, musical theater endeavors, and Lethality[]

On March 21, 2022, a coming soon poster was posted on her Twitter account which revealed that Kwon Eun Bi would be releasing her second mini album, Color, on April 4.[6]

On March 24, Kwon Eun Bi was confirmed to be one of the actresses playing Seo Haena for the musical Midnight Sun. The first performance was on May 3 with the last being on June 26.[7]

On September 20, it was announced that Kwon Eun Bi will be releasing her third mini album, Lethality, on October 12.[8]

2023: GIRL'S RE:VERSE and Feverse, Young Street, "The Flash"[]

Kwon Eun Bi participated in Kakao TV's survival show GIRL'S RE:VERSE under the name Muneo. The show aimed to create a five-member girl group consisting of active female K-Pop idols. On March 6, 2023, she placed first in the final episode, hence becoming the center of Feverse.[9]

On June 22, a representative from SBS announced that Kwon Eun Bi was selected to be the new DJ for their radio show Young Street. Her first broadcast will be on July 3.[10]

On July 20, it was announced that Kwon Eun Bi will be releasing her first single album, "The Flash", on August 2.[11]

2024: Acting debut[]

On December 6, 2023, Woollim Entertainment announced that Kwon Eun Bi would be making her acting debut in the Japanese version of the film Unlocked, Stolen Identity 3, slated for release in autumn 2024.[12]
