Sistar19 is a sub unit of the KPop girl group Sistar and is composed of their lead singer, Hyorin(김효정) and Rapper Bora(윤보라). They debuted on May 2nd 2011 with their song "Ma boy".
In mid January Sistar rapped up their promotions for "How dare you" and three months late on April 27th, Starship net. announced they were creating a sub group. The name Sistar19 was meant to reflect the feelings of a woman who reached 19 and was inexperienced in love. They released a teaser on the 29th of April before releasing the music video and digital release on the 2nd and 3rd of may respectively. Their first performance was on M!Countdown on the 5th of may.
In 2011 a song was produced by brave brothers called "Ma Boy 2" but was sung by the Electroboyz ft. Hyorin.
